Summary

Eight years from its announcement and 18 years from Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Prime 4 entered the world with both a sigh of relief and a groan of disappointment.
Acquisition
Picked it up at Best Buy on launch, but I had two $10 certificates. One from my wife playing McDonald's Monopoly and a random Black Friday prep email certificate from the company. Made buying it at launch much more affordable.
Memories
When I picking up the game, the cashier—who had two of those name brand iced coffees in a bottle—was rattling off how he too wanted to get the game, but decided against it since he heard about "that one guy" and how bad the game was and so on and so on. I could not believe this guy was saying this while I was buying the game.
