The game features Light and Dark Worlds, which sort of blew minds back in the day. Established the traditional Zelda formula of collecting sacred objects, powering up the Master Sword, and defeating evil. # Acquisition I snagged this copy at a Cybertron games in early 2020. My Super Nt was on the way, scheduled to be delivered the following day. I had to get a copy of this one for the console. # Memories One of my earliest memories of this game would be the Game Boy Advance version and borrowing my neighbor Ryan's copy. I got stuck early on somewhere, maybe after the first dungeon. I have more of a tie to this particular iteration of Hyrule through [[The Legend of Zelda - A Link Between Worlds]]. As for the SNES version itself, the copy I bought had a glorious save file on it with the names GRAMPS and FARTTR. I have preserved their runs for all of time. You can download them above. # Related Posts - [[Millennial Gaming Speak – Episode 2 - Link to the Past and a Mature Batman]] - [[Millennial Gaming Speak – Episode 44 - The (Kinda) Calm Before the E3 Storm]] - [[MFP04 - “Sometimes Your Job Really is to Play a Video Game” with Michael Koczwara]] - [[MFP16 - “A Growing Individualistic Power” with Colin Moriarty]] - [[MFP26 - “Mind-Boggling Effects” with Chris Johnston]] - [[My Journey to Playing with Super Power – Thoughts on the Super NT]] - [[The Legend of Zelda– New Year Resolution]] - [[Zeldathon Begins Today, Raising Money for Charity]] # Versions - *The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past* and *Four Swords* - Wii Virtual Console - New 3DS Virtual Console - Super NES Classic Edition # Miscellaneous - [The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past's Dungeon Design | Boss Keys](https://youtube.com/watch?v=ouO1R6vFDBo) — GMTK
