# It's Happening! – Memory Card #32 👋🏻 We have hit that phase of the project ladies and gentlemen: It is all I want to work on.[^1]  I think about it when I am not at my desk. One hour I am editing the video, the next I am toying around with thumbnail concepts, and the next I'm noodling around on [[Taking a Chomp out of Creativity|my Chompi]] for some background music. Applying for jobs? I'm thinking about the essay. Folding laundry? I'm thinking about the essay. Lunch? Essay. Reading *The Order of the Phoenix*? Okay, that one I am thinking about how moody everyone became (besides Mad-Eye) and *then* I am thinking about the essay. This is good. My projects thrive on this ADHD-fueled focus. I am some third of the way done and the end is in sight. I had to pull myself away from a jam session just to write this letter before my self-imposed deadline was up. I suspect I'll slink back into the mines of creativity later this afternoon. Maybe this evening, should I find the energy. Remind me that next time we need to talk about my month-long YouTube Support issue that I really, *really* wanted to have solved before launching this essay. I've been meaning to share it. For now, it is 9:01 AM and I have got to pivot to the job hunt.
