It was a good reminder for me with all of the aspects of the Switch and Switch 2 that I don't often engage with, like portable mode. I am supremely disappointed to hear about the response time and motion clarity of the display, especially after eating up the [[Nintendo Switch 2 Reveal Thoughts & Impressions#The Silicon Tablet|alphabet soup]] of features on the box. I was unaware of how confounding the Virtual Game Card system is. While I shouldn't be surprised that Nintendo made a convoluted system, I was just under the impression this "replaced" digital games. Clearly, that is not the case. On the positive side, the DF crew was surprised by GameChat and the microphone isolation capabilities. Another win for my early [[Nintendo Switch 2 Reveal Thoughts & Impressions#Fast Software? Social Software? Definitely give this one a watch.
