Summary

Given out as a limited time pre-order bonus for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, this collection put Ocarina of Time on the GameCube with unreleased the 64DD expansion as the "Master Quest." This release pushed the resolution and features to take advantage of the GameCube. Nintendo built a Nintendo 64 emulator instead of making a native version.

Acquisition

A friend gave me the loose disc as a Christmas gift. In 2019, I bought the manual and box separately off eBay—the manual was $14.99 and the box was $22.43.

Memories

My only real experience with this exact version is being given it as a Christmas gift; always loved the red disc. When I was in one of my big collecting phases, I turned that loose disc into a complete-in-box edition. I was a little Zelda collecting crazy at the time.
